The use of Frames in web design is a technique where one part of the web site (usually the navigation bar) stays fixed on the page at all times as you surf throughout the site. The benefit of using Frames is that you can allow your visitors to visit other web sites that you recommend without having them leave your site. 

There is no additional cost with having a Frames designed web site.

The Linda Marx Realty web site uses a Left Frame design. Click the link above to go to the site. When you get there, click on the 'See Our Listings' button. You are now looking at their current listings on the Realtor.com web site. As the visitor surfs and looks at different listings, even if they look at listings that are from another agency, Linda Marx Realty is still on the page.
